LuminaWell プライバシーポリシー

LuminaWell（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が運営するホリスティック・ウェルネスをテーマとしたメディアおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます）をはじめとする関係法令を遵守し、適切な管理のもとに情報の保護に努めます。

第1条個人情報

本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法に定める個人情報をいい、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別符号を含みます）を指します。

第2条情報の収集方法

本サービスは会員登録制のサイトではないため、通常の閲覧においてクレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号、運転免許証番号などの機微な個人情報を収集することはありません。当社が取得する情報は、次のとおりです。

ユーザーからのお問い合わせ等により提供される情報

ユーザーが当社所定のお問い合わせフォーム等を通じて連絡を行う際に、氏名、メールアドレスその他の連絡先情報をご提供いただく場合があります。

自動的に収集される情報（Cookie等）

ユーザーが本サービスを閲覧する際、当社は、インターネットの利用履歴、IPアドレス、Cookie等の識別子情報、端末情報および位置情報等を自動的に取得することがあります。これらの情報は、利便性の向上、アクセス解析、および広告配信の最適化のために利用します。

第3条個人情報を収集・利用する目的

当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は、次のとおりです。

  • ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認および返信を含みます）
  • 本サービスの利用状況を分析し、コンテンツの品質を向上させるため
  • 広告配信事業者等（ASP、Google AdSense等を含みます）を通じて、ユーザーの興味・関心に基づいた広告を配信するため
  • 利用規約に違反するユーザー、または不正もしくは不当な目的で本サービスを利用しようとするユーザーを特定し、利用をお断りするため

第4条利用目的の変更

  • 当社は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更することがあります。
  • 利用目的を変更した場合、当社は、変更後の目的について、当社所定の方法によりユーザーに通知し、または本ウェブサイト上に公表するものとします。

第5条個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、次に掲げる場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合はこの限りではありません。

  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  • 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
  • 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

広告配信およびアフィリエイトプログラムについて

本サービスは、第三者配信の広告サービスおよびアフィリエイトプログラムを利用しています。これらの広告配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた商品やサービスの広告を表示するため、本サイトおよび他サイトへのアクセスに関する情報（Cookie等）を使用することがあります。これらの情報により個人が特定されることはありませんが、ユーザーはブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることができます。

第6条個人情報の開示

当社は、本人から個人情報の開示を求められたときは、本人に対し、遅滞なくこれを開示します。ただし、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないことがあり、開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。

  • 本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
  • 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  • その他法令に違反することとなる場合

前項の定めにかかわらず、履歴情報および特性情報（Cookieやログ情報等）など、個人情報に該当しない情報については、原則として開示いたしません。

第7条個人情報の訂正および削除

  • ユーザーは、当社の保有する自己の個人情報（お問い合わせ時に提供された情報等）が誤っている場合には、当社所定の手続きにより、個人情報の訂正、追加または削除（以下「訂正等」といいます）を請求することができます。
  • 当社は、ユーザーから前項の請求を受けて、その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該個人情報の訂正等を行います。

第8条個人情報の利用停止等

当社は、本人から、個人情報が利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、その利用の停止または消去（以下「利用停止等」といいます）を求められた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行います。

前項の調査結果に基づき、その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該個人情報の利用停止等を行います。

第9条プライバシーポリシーの変更

  • 当社が別途定める場合を除き、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
  • 本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めがある事項を除き、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できるものとします。

LuminaWell Privacy Policy

LuminaWell (hereinafter, the “Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the holistic wellness media and related services operated by the Company (the “Service”). The Company recognizes the importance of personal information protection and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws and regulations.

Article 1Personal Information

“Personal Information” means personal information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. It refers to information about a living individual that can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, or other descriptions, including personal identification codes.

Article 2Methods of Collection

Because the Service is not a membership-based site, we do not collect sensitive personal information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or driver’s license numbers during normal use. The information we collect is as follows.

Information provided through inquiries

When users contact us via the inquiry form designated by the Company, we may ask for contact information such as name and email address.

Automatically collected information (Cookies, etc.)

When users access the Service, we may automatically collect information such as internet usage history, IP addresses, identifiers (including Cookies), device information, and location information. We use this information to improve usability, analyze access, and optimize advertisement delivery.

Article 3Purposes of Collection and Use

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes.

  • To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification and replies).
  • To analyze how the Service is used and improve the quality of its content.
  • To deliver advertisements aligned with users’ interests through advertising partners (including ASPs and Google AdSense).

Article 4Changes to the Purpose of Use

  • The Company will change the purpose of use of personal information only when the new purpose is reasonably deemed to be related to the original purpose.
  • If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will notify users of the new purpose or publish it on this website by a method designated by the Company.

Article 5Provision to Third Parties

Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s prior consent. However, this does not apply where provision is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations.

  • When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult.
  • When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and obtaining consent is difficult.
  • When cooperation with a national agency, local government, or a party entrusted by them is required to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent risks impeding those duties.

Advertising and Affiliate Programs

The Service uses third-party advertising services and affiliate programs. These advertising partners may use information (including Cookies) about visits to this site and other sites in order to display products and services aligned with users’ interests. Although this does not identify individuals, users may disable Cookies through their browser settings.

Article 6Disclosure of Personal Information

When the person concerned requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company will disclose it without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, all or part of it may be withheld. In such cases, the Company will notify the person without delay.

  • When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.
  • When there is a risk of significantly impeding the proper conduct of the Company’s business.
  • When disclosure would violate other laws or regulations.

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company will not, as a rule, disclose information that does not constitute personal information, such as history and characteristic information (Cookies, log information, etc.).

Article 7Correction and Deletion

  • If the personal information held by the Company about a user (such as information provided at the time of inquiry) is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the information (collectively, “Correction”) in accordance with the procedures designated by the Company.
  • Upon receiving such a request and determining that it is necessary to comply, the Company will carry out the Correction without delay.

Article 8Suspension of Use

If a user requests the Company to suspend or delete the use of their personal information (“Suspension of Use”) on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose, or that it was acquired by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

Based on the investigation, if the Company determines that it is necessary to comply, the Company will carry out the Suspension of Use without delay.

Article 9Changes to this Policy

  • Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy takes effect when posted on this website.
  • The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise provided by laws and regulations or by this Policy.
